Our Niger Seed is a premier oilseed, prized for its high oil content and purity. Processed through modern machinery for cleaning and grading, it meets strict specifications for maximum quality and minimal impurities. It features: a high oil yield, typically exceeding 38% (min 35%), and a protein level above 18%. The Purity is set at 98% minimum with a maximum of 2% foreign admixture, and moisture content controlled to a 10% maximum. Packed in 25 kg bags, this birdfeed and oil production staple guarantees consistency in texture and oil quality.

White Pea Beans

Sourced from the renowned agricultural regions of Gondar, Hawassa, and Shoa in Ethiopia, our White Pea Beans are available in Hand-Picked Selected (HPS) or Sortex Quality. These processing methods ensure an exceptionally high purity level of 98%–99% minimum. The total admixture or foreign matter is restricted to a tight margin of 1%–2% maximum. Our White Beans are stored and shipped with a moisture content between 12%–14% maximum. Furthermore, we ensure that underdeveloped or broken seeds constitute no more than 1.5% of the volume, and discolored or insect-damaged beans are kept under 1% maximum. They are packaged in durable 50 kg PP bags.

They are prepared for export through a strict Machine Cleaning and Gravity Separation process. This ensures the Desi Chickpeas meet a minimum purity requirement of 98%. The product contains a maximum of 2% admixture/foreign matter and is shipped with a moisture content of 12% maximum. To facilitate efficient further processing or direct resale, the percentage of split or defective kernels is limited to a 2.5% maximum. They are packaged in robust 50 kg PP bags.

Our Ethiopian White Maize is prepared for export using traditional sun-drying followed by advanced machine cleaning. This process ensures the product meets a minimum purity level of 98%. The maximum allowable moisture content is kept within the range of 13%–13.5%. We strictly control contaminants, limiting foreign matter to a 1% maximum. To maintain quality consistency, broken or damaged kernels are limited to between 3%–5% maximum, and discolored grains are kept to a 2% maximum.
